HS357, Spring 2011 – An artful gathering space and pedestrian access to the Rocky Branch Creek behind the Tennis Complex at NCSU was done in collaboration with Dr. Barbara Doll, a civil engineer and Water Quality Specialist with NC Sea Grant. The project was designed by students to incorporate people’s spaces and access to the stream restoration at Rocky Branch Creek at NC State University. Students created a design for a site–specific environmental sculpture and created a gathering space and access for a site along Rocky Branch Creek on the NCSU campus resulting in an artfully designed space that can be used to raise funds for the development of the landscape amenities.
